Ordering
Browse any collection, add items to your cart, and check out securely through Shopify. Prices are shown in Jamaican Dollars (JMD). You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery
We ship island-wide. Delivery timelines and rates are calculated at checkout based on your parish and the items in your cart. For large or bulky items (solar equipment, TVs, appliances), our team may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.
Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. All payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unused items in original packaging within 14 days; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error.
Warranty
Electronics, solar equipment, and batteries carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase — we're happy to help you make a warranty claim if something goes wrong.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check order status any time by logging into your account.
